What do you have in your hand?

It never happens over night, but we want an answer and the results now. When it doesn’t happen right away, we normally pack up and go back or with something that’s more comfortable. The waiting period IS apart of the process but in most cases when we’re being clumsy , we bump right into what we were looking for all along.

Many times we wont move on a goal until the picture has completely unfolded in front of us. Not having a clear complete picture of how everything will go, shouldn’t be the one thing that paralyzes us and as a matter of fact…nothing should. Along the journey is where the answer normally unfolds. Results come when we aren’t worried about the turn out. When we are present in the moment and working on our project purely for the love of it and in service to people, more ideas spring from it.

Complacency and idleness are what extinguishes our creative abilities but action and a sense of purpose is where the unlimited wealth of ideas and results spring from. Most people have this destination addiction, thinking that the results wont come or that ideas wont flow until they get to where they truly desire but this couldn’t be any further from the truth. The journey is all that matters, the prize is an addition to everything you have gained along the way.

Seek personal development, seek to grown, seek to serve others and everything else will come when the time is right. Learn to love every moment on the way and as you make your way to realizing the vision, people and things will come seemingly out of nowhere to work together for your good. Everything along the way is very necessary, all situations are a prerequisite before arriving to the place you ultimately desire to be at. The pain, the long extended waiting periods, the losses, the loneliness…take joy in all of it because those are all boxes that require a check in them before you can be rewarded the vision that you have in the fore front of your mind.

Nothing happens by coincidence but most things happen to us when we are unaware that it can be helpful to us. What may seem like an obstacle is actually and opportunity you bumped into, to further your cause. Everyone we meet has a role to play in the actualization of this vision, whether they cause us pain or they become another source of our happiness. Develop another set of eyes and/or step outside of yourself for a moment to get a proper view of what is taking place. Its one thing to savor the moment but then it’s another when it’s an uncomfortable moment that takes our eyes off the prize, and then we forget altogether why we are even on this road in the first place.

Our situations and the people who surrounded us will only be as useful to us as we perceive them to be. What we aren’t even looking for may actually be more helpful to us than we think but if we expect the answer or the result to be dressed up a certain way, we may miss it altogether. Take pride in being clumsy, take pride in what you think is a weakness that you may have, because in it you may find the solution staring you right in the face.

    1. I definitely believe the same thing. No matter how bad things may get, we have the power to redirect a negative into a positive that ultimately serves our highest good. I appreciate the feed back more than I could tell you, thank you.

    1. I do apologize for the delay in my response but your feedback is everything. I’m getting better at but I’m still learning to let go and embrace the present and everything there is to learn from it. Peace and love to you!

  1. “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness!” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me!!
